Yes, you can still receive points as long as you have your receipt. There are two ways you can get your points: Text the ten character code at the bottom of the receipt to 41680 (standard text messaging rates apply). The text must be sent from the number associated with your account within 24 hours of the transaction, or; Log into your account, at www.ColdStoneCreamery.com/MyCSC, within 30 days of the transaction, at accounts.spendgo.com/Authenticate/coldstone, and click on “+Add Points”. and Fill out the form using either the ten-character code at the bottom of your receipt or the Order/Check number listed at the top of your receipt.

Once you accumulate 50 points, your points are converted into a $5 Reward to use on your next purchase of $5 or more.

Nearly all purchases qualify for points – from Signature Creations™ to Cakes. Points are earned if you use a gift card as tender, but are not earned if you purchase a gift card. Points are not earned for third party delivery, gratuities, coupons, discounts or receipt adjustments.

Yes. You must register your account to unlock rewards. If your account is not registered, points will be earned and rewards will be generated, but you will be unable to redeem rewards until the account is registered. Keep in mind, once a reward is generated, it will expire in 90 days regardless of whether or not the account is registered.

• If you have registered your account online at accounts.spendgo.com/Authenticate/coldstone, the terminal will prompt you at each visit until it is redeemed or expires. You will also receive an email informing you a $5 Reward was loaded to your account (if you have opted into receiving emails.)
• If your account has NOT been registered online, you will not be notified of any earned rewards. You must fully register your account to unlock rewards and will not be able to redeem them until you register.
